Customer service and right of withdrawal


Please consider the following to the letter and then when settling with your purchases.

Except puzzles brand Mondopuzzle for which available service parts individual pieces
the other manufacturers listed below, just replace the entire product and the replacement is done directly
by manufacturers, by contacting the following numbers:

Mondopuzzleis the only manufacturer that can provide even one missing piece.
This way, if you find yourself at the end of the puzzle with a missing or lost, you do not have to start over.
The request goes emailed (contacts) later than 60 days from the order date .
Enter your order number for instructions and to receive the required parts.

For other brands of the puzzle, at the moment, it is NOT possible assistance.
NOTE: If you are missing one piece considered the option of self-construction using a card and color.
Another solution is more effective scanning of picture on the box that appropriately
enlarged and printed can then be cropped and pasted on a card of 2 mm.
With this process, the result is assured.




RECESS

If you have received a product that is not to your liking, you can exercise the Right of Withdrawal (RoW).
To exercise the RoW just send a Email or recommended , within 15 days of receipt of goods
addresses that are in area contacts.
You must indicate: order number, items you wish to make and bank where you get the credit
(Bank Transfer o Paypal) and a send email where the nr. RMA and any directions.

The return shipment and at your expense, and the return of the payment is on average 10 working days.
The refund does not include the costs incurred for shipping, but only the amount of items.

We recommend sending returns with traceable method of shipping and we
responsible for lost or non-delivery by a courier chosen by the customer.

Return authorization will be communicated via email.
Products must come to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unopened and incelophan.
NOT SEND PACKAGES WITHOUT THE RMA AUTHORIZATION MADE THAT MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE PACK.
Without RMA number the package will be returned to you as rejected.
